A medical device manufacturer in Northern Illinois receives a tailored incentive package valued over $10M.
Growth Advocacy with leverage produced a tailored subsidy offer including tax credits, grants, and job creation credits with in 6 weeks. A Japanese owned medical device company that employs between 200-300 employees and has revenue at $400M annually was exploring expansion options but was constrained in a 7 year facility lease. In an effort to control the cost of breaking a lease they reached out to the state of Illinois to no avail. Through the use of an advocate who was willing to help them explore new market options they were able to receive multiple offers and leverage their new flight risk with state and local governments. This produced a collaboration with the state of Illinois to help them expand to a new facility and create over 65 new high paying jobs. This partnership is an example of the responsible use of tax payers dollars to create jobs and grow revenue with small and middle market companies.
